All products. including made-to-order are final sale with no refunds/returns. Exceptions may be made for items damaged/defect/fulfillment error. Please contact us for support. 

Fashion and handmade clothing

Due to limited/specialty sourced materials, made-to-order and custom pieces are generally final sale with no returns/refunds. Exceptions may be made for damage/defects or incorrect sizing. Ready-to-wear and existing inventory pieces have a 30-day return/refund window if unworn/unwashed with original tags.

Patterns

Once delivered/downloaded, digitals patterns are final sale, no returns/refunds. Duplicate purchases, undelivered files, and unfixable pattern errors may qualify for refunds. Please contact us for support. 

Mail Club

Our subscription renews automatically every month or year. Cancel anytime before the next renewal to stop future charges. No returns/refunds are issued for the current month or remaining months of an annual subscription. Damaged/missing/incorrect items may be refunded/returned or exchanged. Please contact us for support.
